TALES FROM THE M&A TRENCHES, 4th edition

The Challenge: Publish a collection of articles on the topics of their 3 key lines of business: shareholder representation, escrow and payments administration.

 

The Result:  The book was published in November 2015. It is a summary of all M&A articles written by the CEO's of SRS Acquiom. Once published and posted to the company's website it continues to be the most trafficked web pages on our site. To access the book more freely, a gated registration form was set up to gain leads for the PDF publication, and a flip book was created for easy access to content.
